ARTICLE V

 COMMITTEES

SECTION 1. Committee Organization

Appointments of Chairpersons to committees will be made by the President with the approval of the Board of Directors.  The Chairperson and the President will seek interested members to participate in committee activities.

SECTION 2. Committee Activity

Committees are established from time to time or on an on-going basis to provide the Chapter with special services such as the formation of a Nominating or Program Committee.
