ARTICLE III

MEETINGS OF MEMBERS

SECTION 1. Regular Meetings

Regular meetings of the members shall be held on the third Thursday of each month throughout the entire calendar year or as otherwise determined by the Board of Directors.

SECTION 2. Special Meetings

Special meetings of the members shall be held by call of the President or the Board of Directors.  Notice of a special meeting shall be given to all members at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting taking place.
