The purpose of this SHRM chapter is to provide a local forum for your

personal and professional development; provide an opportunity to develop

your leadership, managerial, public speaking and group decision-making skills;

provide a local networking arena; and to provide a focus for legislative

attention to local, state, and national human resource management issues.

The organizations objectives are: To promote investigation, research, and

interchange of ideas among the members relating to every phase of Human Resource

Administration, whether industrial relations, human relations, general management,

safety, training, or education.

It is easy to join the Northeastern Dakota Area Human Resources Association (Chapter number 276)

chapter of SHRM.   We are now accepting PayPal!

*  Regular membership is open to anyone responsible for the practice of human resource administration, including college faculty involved in human resource administration education. 

*  Associate membership is open to others with a bona-fide interest in human resource administration and the objectives of NDAHRA.
