Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to assist in planning and carrying out policies in one or more of the following functional areas: recruitment, interviewing & hiring, personnel policies, job descriptions, compensation & benefits, employee training programs, performance appraisals, and employee relations for locations in ND, MN, and IA. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; two years experience; excellent communication, problem solving, and computer skills; and knowledge of employment laws. Prefer PHR/SPHR certification.
Compensation depending on experience with a benefit package including health,
